Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access the recipe e-book after purchasing it?
You will have a link to download the file upon purchasing! You will also be able to download it from an email that is sent immediately upon purchase.
Can I print out the recipes from the e-book for easier reference?
Of course! A bunch of people have done this already. If you work better using a hard copy, then feel free to print them out.
Are the ingredients for the recipes easy to find in regular grocery stores?
Yep! All the ingredients should be readily available in your local stores.
Are the recipes suitable for beginners or do they require advanced cooking skills?
They are! All the recipes are designed to be super simple and can be made by anyone
Can I customize the recipes to suit my dietary restrictions or preferences?
Absolutely! Most of the recipes are already vegetarian, and you can make adjustments to suit most dietary restrictions. The only thing to not is that many of them are Greek yogurt based
What are the calories and prices for? The whole thing or per serving?
For the sauces, macros are listed for the full jar and a 4 tablespoon serving, and the price is per jar. For the sides it depends on the side, however they're all clearly labeled so there won't be any guessing
Can I adjust the serving sizes of the recipes to make more or less servings?
Definitely! You can easily adjust the recipes to suit your serving size. E.g. if you want to scale a sauce up or down, just multiply or divide the calories and ingredients accordingly
While eating healthy it can be really tough to abandon sauces and things that really make food more fun. This book has me feeling like im not in a deficit. The sauces are low calorie, easy to make, and taste almost 1:1 like their less healthy counterpart. Book is worth every penny!
Your sauce is better than any jarred sauce that I’ve ever had keep up the good work
Both books have recipes that are easy to follow and don't require much time to make. The recipes share many ingredients keeping costs down and pair well together. I like the convenience of having the recipes shopping lists on my phone at the grocery store. These books are an incredible value!!
He’s a great person, chef, and helps me a lot! Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Fonty Fitness enough! I’ve purchased the ebooks, Sauces & Sides, and the Five Dollar Dishes guide, and every single one has exceeded my expectations.
The ebooks are straightforward, practical, and actually realistic for everyday life. The recipes don’t require complicated ingredients or hours in the kitchen, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent. Everything is clearly explained and super approachable, whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been meal prepping for years.
Sauces & Sides completely changed the game for me. The sauces are packed with flavor and make simple meals taste incredible without blowing your nutrition goals. It’s such a smart way to keep meals exciting without adding a ton of extra calories.
And the Five Dollar Dishes guide proves that eating well doesn’t have to be expensive. The meals are budget-friendly, filling, and genuinely delicious. It’s perfect for anyone trying to save money while still prioritizing their health.
Overall, Fonty Fitness makes healthy eating simple, affordable, and sustainable. Worth every penny!
